What a beautiful person Janet was. I am so sad to hear of her death. I was friends with her at Springbrook, but I never knew she had MS. She was always so positive - a great person to be around.

I remember Janet as a beautiful, sweet, soft spoken angel. She always had a smile and a wonderful attitude. I am sad to hear of her passing. God called his angel home.

Janet was sweet, just a little sassy, and a great friend. She survived MS with dignity and grace for many years. She married, had a son and was lovingly cared for by family, friends and her church until her death in the fall of 2008. See you in the clouds, Babe!

I remember back in our junior high and high school days, I liked to playfully tease Janet because she had a such a great smile. I can still picture her smiling. She was a very sweet and beautiful person. Rest in peace Janet.

I knew Janet for many years before High School. She was a wonderful, kind, sweet, person. I think of her whenever I go home and pass her childhood home.

Janet was always very kind and gentle with people and what I remember most about her is the warm and sincere smile she always had.

I rode the bus to school with Janet each day and I recall on one particular day, when we were sitting together on the bus, she described to me the strange tingling sensations she was having. Of course I had no idea that she would soon be diagnosed with MS. Ten or fifteen years later, I was so happy to run into Janet again. Janet and I talked on the phone about the prospect of her having/raising a child with her condition. We thought that she could do it and it looks like it did indeed happen!

Janet and I lost touch shortly after this time and I tried to find her a couple of times and couldn't. I went on to develop MS as well at 40 years old.

Anyway, Janet was a HUGE inspiration to me and still is.
